Terms of Service

These terms apply when you create a ReviewPebble account or use the service. By signing up, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use ReviewPebble.

The service

ReviewPebble lets a business email its customers a link to the business's Google review page, send one reminder, and see who clicked.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 and use ReviewPebble for a business you own or are authorized to represent.
• Keep your details accurate, including your business name and physical address, which appear in every email.
• Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Free trial and pricing

New accounts get a 14-day free trial with no credit card. After the trial, ReviewPebble costs $29 per month once paid plans are available. We will tell you before any charge, and you will never be charged unless you choose a paid plan.

Who you may email

You are responsible for the customer lists you upload and the emails sent for your business. You agree to:

• Only add real customers who did business with you and whom you are allowed to contact by email.
• Never upload bought, rented, or scraped email lists.
• Follow the anti-spam laws that apply to you, such as the US CAN-SPAM Act.
• Never use ReviewPebble to send anything other than genuine review requests.

Reviews and Google's rules

• Every customer receives the same link to your Google review page. ReviewPebble does not filter out unhappy customers ("review gating"), which Google prohibits.
• Do not offer payment, discounts, or other rewards for reviews, and do not ask for fake reviews.
• Follow Google's policies for reviews and your Business Profile.

Sending limits

Each business can send up to 50 emails per day, including reminders. To protect deliverability for everyone, we may pause sending for an account with unusually high bounce or spam-report rates, or that appears to break these terms.

Your data

Your business details and customer lists belong to you. You give us permission to store and use them only to provide ReviewPebble to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

No guaranteed results

We can't control whether customers leave reviews, what they write, or how Google displays them. ReviewPebble does not guarantee any number of reviews, ratings, or search ranking.

Availability and changes

We work to keep ReviewPebble running, but it is provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable. We may improve or change features over time.

Ending your account

You can stop using ReviewPebble at any time. To close your account and delete its data, email us. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, ReviewPebble is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will let you know by email.
